Excellent Service by Ms. Fati

Ms. Fati was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I encountered an issue with my reservation, and she handled it professionally and assisted me in resolving it quickly. Her kindness truly made a difference. The hotel is excellent, offering comfortable accommodations and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Room Service

The hotel rooms are spacious and very nice and morden. The person who refreshed our room during our stay was May, she was absolutely amazing and left sweet messages and lovely towel art everyday! I will definitely come back and stay here! The room service team that delivered food were also super amazing!

空港からのアクセスが良く、非常に清潔なホテルでした。何よりもスタッフの接客と笑顔が、旅を良いものにしてくれました！ホテルマン全員が笑顔で対応してくださり気持ち良く、特にフロントのFatiさんはスムーズなチェックインを手伝ってくださり、チェックアウト時は、丁寧にご挨拶をしてくださりました。気持ちの良いホテル滞在は彼女の笑顔をはじめ皆さまのホスピタリティだと感じました。また近く利用させて頂きます！
The hotel was exceptionally clean and very convenient, with excellent access from the airport. Above all, it was the warm hospitality and genuine smiles of the staff that made my stay truly memorable.
Every member of the team welcomed guests with a smile, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Fati at the front desk. She made my check-in smooth and effortless, and when I checked out, she took the time to say goodbye with such kindness and professionalism.
I truly believe that the wonderful experience I had at this hotel was thanks to Fati’s beautiful smile and the outstanding hospitality shown by the entire team.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you all for making my trip so special.

Five star

Love the distance to the airport specially if it is a short stay.
The rooms are clean and neat. For the price of long haul ticket this stopover was definitely worth it!
