Host with the most !!!

The HOFFMEISTER was wonderful. His name was Abdul and nothing was too much trouble. The host with the most indeed. Early or late night Abdul was happy to help. His knowledge of Berber and beyond was fascinating and an absolute huge addition. A very interesting and unique intelligent person with a warm nature too :-) Food was excellent also. How lucky were we to choose this Riad.

Very poor management, booking cancelled last minute

We had a very disappointing experience with Dar Bahi.
We booked this riad months in advance, only to have our reservation cancelled one week before arrival, with the explanation that our card “didn’t go through.” To avoid losing our stay, we immediately rebooked at a higher, non-refundable rate.
Shortly after that, we received another message saying that the riad would be closed from December 30 to January 5. There was no apology, and it became clear that they had failed to close their calendar, causing this entire situation.
When we pointed out that we had never been informed of this closure and that the mistake was theirs, the response was rude and unprofessional. They eventually told us not to contact them anymore.
This shows very poor management and a complete lack of basic hospitality or accountability. Running an accommodation requires clear communication and respect for guests, especially when mistakes happen.
We strongly do not recommend this place. Marrakech has many well-managed and authentic riads, often owned or professionally run by locals, where guests are treated with care and respect. This is not one of them.
Avoid and book elsewhere.

amazing

the place is amazing, out of this world!!!!! coming back from crowded medina, feeled like paradise, with all this calmness, clean as it can gets, polite and helpful staff, turn our holidays to another level! breakfast delicious, and as I m a coffee person, I can tell you that this was the best coffee i had in Morocco!!!! the architect who designed the place, really knew how to combine local colour with modern luxury. Many thanks to all of you

DO NOT BOOK IN THIS RIAD OR EVEN COME FOR A COFFEE

I came today with a couple of friends, and the service here is awful compared to the prices, look for other riads my friends whether you are moroccan or a tourist this will be a terrible experience for you.
