Silence and comfort

Rooms obtained from a fractional apartment inserted in a very quiet stately building. All tastefully decorated, clean and very bright. Private bathroom outside the Superior room.
Guests have access to a common area with kitchen, fridge with water, milk and juices. Possibility to take free snacks, chocolate, tea, coffee and various jams for breakfast.
Excellent value for money.
A stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella station. You move on foot without any problem.
They let me leave my backpack even after I cecked out.
I'll be back.

Not the best, but doable

Everything was nice and neat once I arrived. The only thing about it was one towel had a dark, black spot (which means they didn’t clean well). The light switches were also a bit confusing to control but I got the hang of it kind of quickly. Overall, I liked it.

Wow

Alloggio qui per la seconda volta dopo diversi anni ed il servizio è sempre eccellente. Lenzuola stirate, colazione varia con prodotti per vegani (sono stata accontentata senza aver richiesto nulla!) e celiaci, tutto pulito in un ambiente confortevole, silenzioso se anche in pieno centro.
Conad a pochi passi per fare la spesa dato che il frigorifero grande è a disposizione dei clienti!
Consigliatissimo e personalmente ci tornerò di sicuro
Bellissimo, luminosissimo, pulitissimo e la colazione, sempre a disposizione, abbondante e buona.
Il personale non si trova in struttura ma abbiamo fatto una piacevole conversazione con la signora che faceva le pulizie, simpatica e dolce!
Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!

Economico ma sinceramente non ci tornerei.

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria novella e molto vicino alla piazza del duomo.
Nel sito non viene specificato che in realtà si tratta di un appartamento unico con 3 camere, ciascuna per ogni ospite. La porta di ingresso è unica e tra la camera superior e le altre due camere vi è di mezzo uno spazio comune (area colazione). Il bagno della camera superior non si trova all’interno della stessa ma bisogna percorrere un breve tratto passando per l’area comune. A parte la porta della camera non vi è altro tipo di separazione rispetto agli altri ospiti. Per la colazione vengono offerti tutti prodotti imbustati.

Ottima accoglienza in una struttura molto curata in tutti i particolari. Proprietari cortesi, gentili e disponibili alle necessità della clientela. Prima colazione abbondante e molto varia. Per un soggiorno a Firenze Pink Wolf è da raccomandare.
