the hotel is decorated in traditional style the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable the breakfast is fresh and satiating the staff is very friendly and helpful the location of the hotel is central, public transport is easily accessible and the restaurants in the area are within walking distance

Highly recommended

Helpfull staff, I got there before 12 so they cleaned and gave me they keys within minutes. The hotel is good value comparing to other places in Stuttgart. There is a station with good connections 2 mintes walk from the place and the area is also pretty nice

The hotel never pick up the phone, try contact them to let them know I was arriving at night. once I got there at 11pm there is no person or desk to help, so outside the place is a box where you introduce a code and the machine will give you the keys. to obtain the code you need to call a number that is written in the machine. but no one picks the phone and your left outside in the rain late a night, and forced to pay a very expensive hotel in order to have a reception that can let you in at those hours. Terrible customer service, plus the place is far and complicated to find

Quite nice

The hotel is old yet clean, but despite being advertised as a restaurant hotel, the restaurant part isn't open to individuals during the weekend. We arrived on a Saturday night after a day's travel to find we virtually had to twist the arm of the chef to give us dinner, which he did - and the food was delicious. We were very grateful. Sunday night, though, we had to go to a local pizza joint for food. Disappointing.
