Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking (please note; we do not accept stag or hen bookings). Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note if the booking is for the same day arrival the security deposit can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Our office is located off-site in Redcliffe, Bristol. Opening hour are Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-19:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays 11:00-17:00 A deposit of £250 is required prior to check in. This deposit is standard practice and is intended to cover any potential damage to the room or disruptions to other guests caused by excessive noise or antisocial behaviour (including smoking in your apartment) during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided that the room is left in good condition, there is no evidence (including the smell) of smoking and no noise or antisocial behaviour complaints have been received either in writing, via telephone or verbally by other guests for the duration of your booking. The property charges will send a payment link to collect the deposit approximately 3 days prior to arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
