Check In

Shaheen Air offers online ticketing on their website and through their mobile app. However, online check-in service is not yet available at the moment. Passengers would still need to check-in at the airport counters. For domestic flights, it is recommended to be at the airport at least 2 hours before flight departure time. International passengers should be at the airport 4 hours before flight departure.


Shaheen Air operates a fleet of narrow-body Airbus A319-100 and Airbus A320-200, as well as the wide-body Airbus A330-200. Depending on aircraft and flight route, Shaheen Air offers two types of seating classes: Business Class and Economy Class seating. Most aircraft are in all-Economy Class configurations. Business Class seats in the premium cabin are wide and with lots of leg room. The seat pitch is 60", while the seats in the economy class have a seat pitch of 31”.


All passengers on Shaheen Air are entitled to free baggage allowance. Passengers will have 32 kilograms checked-in baggage allowance and 7 kilograms cabin baggage. Do note, however, that the free checked–in baggage allowance is limited to one piece of baggage. For those traveling on Umrah and Hajj, the checked in baggage allowance exiting from Pakistan is 20 kilograms with 7 kilograms hand carried baggage. In Flight

F&B - All passengers will be served in-flight meals and beverages. Business Class passengers will also have treats such as chocolate and pre-departure beverage. Consumption of alcohol is not allowed on all aircraft registered in Pakistan.

Entertainment - Depending on the aircraft, free Wi-Fi is available onboard selected flights. Most flights, however, have no in-flight entertainment other than reading material. Newspapers in both English and Urdu are available on Shaheen Air flights.
