Central Air Transport Services (Pvt) Ltd (CATS) is part of KSM Holdings group of companies that operates out of Charles Prince Airport, formerly known as Mount Hampden Airport in Zimbabwe. The airline is an approved air charter company with an Air Service Permit and Air Operator Certificate issued by the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe, respectively. It was only recently that the company was authorized to operate as a fully-fledged airline. The airline is primarily based in Harare International Airport (HRE) in Zimbabwe, the largest airport in Africa.

Central Air Transport Services (CATS) flies to a number of domestic, regional countries and international flights. Charter flights are available to all domestic destinations, with Victoria Falls, Hwange, Kariba, and Safari camps along the Zambezi valley are the most popular ones. In line with this, the airline receives approval to operate regular domestic schedules on routes between Harare/Mutare/Harare, Harare/Kariba/Hwange/Victoria Falls, Harare/Bulawayo/Beit Bridge, Harare/Masvingo/Beit Bridge, and Harare/Chiredzi. On the other hand, direct services to Bulawayo and Victoria Falls are currently in progress. The airline also operates to regional countries such as South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia, Bostwana, and Namibia. On a regional and international scale, the airline has permission to fly to the following destinations, such as Lilongwe, Nairobi, Beira/Maputo, London, Frankfurt, Dubai, and Mumbai. Currently, application to fly to Johannesburg, Lusaka, and Dar es Salaam is in progress.

Central Air Transport Services (CATS) has a wide array of aviation aircraft services that meet the needs of air transport in South Africa. The Cessna 414, Beechcraft Baron 58, and Cessna 206 aircrafts are the most widely used for charter operations. Of these, the Cessna 414 is a seat pressurized aircraft ideal for corporate travel, capable of flying 30,000 feet with top speed of 340km/hour, lasting for about six hours. The said aircraft is available for Business Travel, Executive Travel, and The Baron, which is a five-seat twin engine aircraft. Of these, The Baron flies low since it is unpressurized. It also flies at a top speed of 300km/hour with an endurance of about five hours. Meanwhile, the Cessna 206 & 207 both have a top speed of 200km/hour that can last for approximately five hours. It is capable of handling five passengers each, notable for its short bush strip performance that makes it a perfect aircraft for transferring tourists and hunters to safari camps.
