It flies to six cities in France and sixteen international destinations which are mostly in Europe and Africa. Aigle Azur, whose official name is Société Aigle Azur Transports Aériens, operates charter, cargo, and wet lease services. It also has a codeshare agreement with Hainan Airlines. Aigle Azur has three check-in options: online check-in, mobile check-in, and counter check-in at the airport. Online check-in starts from 48 hours to 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure. You can print your boarding pass or save it to your phone. Do note that there are several conditions for online and mobile check-in.

If you have not checked in online or are unable to do so, it is recommended that you come to the airport three hours before your flight's departure time to clear all the check-in and immigration procedures. Do note that check-in counters close 1 hour before the flight departure time. Business Class passengers or Azur Plus Infini members can avail of the dedicated check-in counter at the airport.

Seats

Aigle Azur flights either have a single Economy Class cabin or two cabin classes, Business, and Economy Class. The Business Class cabin will have leather recliners laid in a 2-2 configuration. Passengers will also be given a comfort kit with pillow and blanket. The Economy Class cabin has standard leather seats with a 10° recline in a 3-3 seat layout.

Baggage Allowance

The complimentary baggage allowance depends on cabin class and flight route. For cabin baggage, Business Class passengers can carry on up to 15 kilograms, while the allowance for Economy Class passengers is 10 kilograms. Checked baggage allowances for Business Class range from 50 kilograms to 46 kilograms. Passengers on Economy Class can check in baggage from 30 kilograms to 40 kilograms depending on flight route. Passengers traveling to Portugal on a Flexible or Super Flexible ticket fare will have a checked baggage allowance of 23 kilograms.

In Flight Service

F&B: A meal or snack depending on the time of the flight, hot or cold drinks service, including wines, will be served on most Aigle Azur flights. There is no complimentary catering on flights from and to Portugal, Russia, and Germany. Passengers can purchase a meal from the online catalog, Escale Gourmande.

Entertainment: There is an in-flight duty-free boutique with a good selection of watches, perfumes, and souvenir items.
